Offering both shared and private rooms with free Wi-Fi and a non-smoking environment, Anne Hostel is a 5 minute walk from Asakusabashi Train/subway station. A simple toast-and-tea breakfast is served, and there is a free-use kitchen.All rooms are air-conditioned, and guests sleep in either a bunk bed or Japanese-style futon beds on a tatami (woven-straw) floor. Each floor has a shared shower, and there is a shared bathtub on the 4th floor. Soap and shampoo are provided, and towels can be rented.The Asakusa area, with Kaminarimon Thunder Gate and Senso-ji Temple, is a 15 minute walk away. Nearby Asakusabashi Station is just one train stop from Akihabara to the west and Ryogoku’s national sumo stadium to the east.A traditional leg-warming heated table keeps the lounge area cozy in cold weather, and guests gather there year-round to watch DVDs, check the guides and maps and swap stories. Free-use internet PCs are available.Breakfast is served at the lounge from 7 am - 10 am and consists of coffee & English tea, boiled eggs and toast. The free-use kitchen includes a microwave, stove, rice stove and fridge.
